At Alice Holden & Co., every piece is made to be worn, not rushed. Our bodysuits are thoughtfully sourced from carefully selected artisan suppliers and undergo a quality inspection process before they are dispatched. Because we refuse to compromise on the integrity of that process — and because we ship internationally direct from our production partners — please allow 8–15 business days for your order to arrive.
We believe that great pieces are worth the wait, and we think you will agree when your order arrives.
Where We Ship
We currently ship to all countries within the European Union and to the United States.
Shipping Rates
We offer complimentary shipping on all orders. No minimums, no exceptions.
Order Processing
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Once dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with your tracking information so you can follow your order on its journey to you.

- United States: 8–15 business days
Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary due to customs processing, public holidays, or carrier delays. These are rare but outside of our control.
Customs & Import Duties (EU Customers)
For all EU orders, VAT is collected at checkout in compliance with EU regulations. You will not face any surprise charges at delivery.
Customs & Import Duties (US Customers)
Orders shipped to the United States may be subject to import duties and taxes upon arrival, which are the responsibility of the customer. These charges are determined by US Customs and are outside of our control.
Lost or Delayed Packages
If your order has not arrived within 20 business days of your dispatch confirmation, please contact us at care@aliceholdenco.com and we will investigate and resolve the issue promptly.
