Refund & Exchange Policy
We want you to love what you receive. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied, we are here to help.
Return Window
We accept return and exchange requests made within 30 days of the date your order is delivered.
Condition of Returned Items
Due to the intimate nature of our products, all bodysuits must be returned in completely unworn, unwashed, and unaltered condition, with all original tags attached and in their original packaging. For hygiene reasons, we are unable to accept returns on any item that shows signs of wear, has been washed, or has had its hygiene sticker or tags removed. This policy exists to protect every customer and is strictly upheld without exception.
If an item is returned in a condition that does not meet these requirements, it will be sent back to you at your expense and no refund or exchange will be issued.
How to Start a Return or Exchange
- Email us at care@aliceholdenco.com within 30 days of delivery
- Include your order number and the reason for your return or exchange
- We will respond within 2 business days with return instructions and the return address
Please do not send items back without first contacting us — unrequested returns cannot be processed.
Return Shipping
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. We recommend using a tracked shipping service, as we cannot accept responsibility for items lost in transit on their way back to us.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you by email. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days. Please note that your bank or card provider may take additional time to post the credit.
Exchanges
If you would like to exchange for a different size, we will dispatch your replacement item as soon as we receive and inspect your return. Subject to availability.
Faulty or Incorrect Items
If you have received a faulty or incorrect item, please contact us at care@aliceholdenco.com within 7 days of delivery with your order number and a photo of the issue. In these cases, return shipping will be covered by Alice Holden & Co. and a full refund or replacement will be arranged.
Non-Returnable Items
- Items returned after the 30-day window
- Items that have been worn, washed, or altered
- Items with removed tags or hygiene stickers
- Items not in their original packaging
